It's been a weird week thanks to the holiday.
I haven't had time to get weighed-in at Herbal One so I don't have an update to pass along.
Normally I usually monitor my own progress from home, however this past weekend a few buddies were visiting and my scale is now - for some reason - broken.
I'm not pointing any fingers, but I believe one of my buddies was really offended that I now weigh less than him...I think he's trying to sabotage me!
It's weird not having a scale at home. I was weighing myself at home about as frequently as I check my e-mail. Now I feel like I'm in the dark....it's weird.
Some good news....I won the weight-loss competition at Herbal One! Well, technically I tied with one of the other clients but still, a win's a win!
If everything goes according to plan, this month could very well be my last month on the program. It's getting very close to the point where I've lost all I can and I'm starting to get eager to hit the gym and build some muscle where all the fat used to be.
