Hard to believe it's been a year now since I started on the Herbal One journey.
The great news is after being off the program for several month's now I've successfully maintained my weight!
This coming Saturday January 24th, Herbal One is celebrating their 2nd Anniversary in Peterborough.
Ric Johnson and myself will be at the Herbal One facility on Lansdowne from 10am - 3pm to help celebrate with the staff.
